Common use of Installation by Licensee Clause in Contracts

Installation by Licensee. If Licensee is responsible for installing the Software, then Licensor will provide (at no additional cost to Licensee) written instructions and such other assistance as Licensee may reasonably require to complete the installation, provided such other assistance shall include Licensor sending a Licensor’s personnel/resource to Licensee’s facilities at additional cost to be mutually discussed and agreed by the Parties. Licensee shall be allowed to install a License in one device belonging to the Licensee.

Licensee shall be allowed to install a License in one device belonging to the Licenseeis not already provided as part of Maintenance Services.
