Installation of County’s Equipment. The County and any sublessee may at any time and from time to time, in its sole discretion and at its own expense, install or permit to be installed other items of equipment or other personal property in or upon the Facilities. All such items shall remain the sole property of such party, in which neither the Authority nor the Trustee shall have any interest, and may be modified or removed by such party at any time provided that such party shall repair and restore any and all damage to the Facilities resulting from the installation, modification or removal of any such items. Nothing in this Sublease shall prevent the County from purchasing items to be installed pursuant to this Section under a conditional sale or lease purchase contract, or subject to a vendor’s lien or security agreement as security for the unpaid portion of the purchase price thereof, provided that no such lien or security interest shall attach to any part of the Facilities.

Nothing in this Lease Agreement shall prevent the County or any sublessee from purchasing items to be installed pursuant to this Section under a conditional sale or lease purchase contract, or subject to a vendor’s lien or security agreement as security for the unpaid portion of the purchase price thereof, provided that no such lien or security interest shall attach to any part of the Property.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the equipment or parts in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified in the Price Sheets. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the equipment or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the equipment or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
