Installation of Upgrades. Enhancements will be scheduled up to six (6) months ahead of time. Distributor will communicate the launch and features with Customer. Customer will be responsible for requesting the offered Upgrade/Enhancement. Upon receipt of a signed order, Distributor Service will be responsible for scheduling installations. Distributor will not commit to the timing of any specific Upgrades/Enhancements.
Installation of Upgrades. Upgrades (i.e. deployments of new major versions of the Software) are performed over a single weekend of the Customer’s choosing within an upgrade window of six weeks after the respective release. Upgrades are regarded permitted maintenance.
