Personal Business Day On April 01 of each fiscal year, one (1) day (eight (8) hours) of paid leave will be credited to employees for use in personal or special circumstances. Name or Address Changes It is your responsibility to notify the Credit Union of a change in mailing or physical address, change of email address or change of name. The Credit Union is only required to attempt to communicate with you only at the most recent address you have provided to the Credit Union. If the Credit Union attempts to locate you, the Credit Union may impose a service fee as set forth on the “Schedule of Fees and Charges.”

Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.
