Instruction and Supervision a. For students who do not have a Connecticut license, the University shall provide Faculty for teaching and supervision of participating Students assigned to the Facility. Faculty shall be responsible for planning and implementing individual Student assignments, and for evaluating and grading Student performance. Faculty may consult with Facility personnel as appropriate in conducting evaluations of Student performance. When using the Internet with students, employees are responsible for previewing content prior to sharing it with students and for monitoring students’ Internet use. Employees should be familiar with the student Acceptable Use Policy set out in the Kyrene District Family Handbook, model practices set forth in the policy, and enforce these policies during classroom Internet use. • Inappropriate Sites - Use of Internet sites that may damage or interfere with the District’s computer network, including use that generates the delivery of “junk” electronic mail is prohibited. • Sensitive Data - The District is not liable for employee submission of credit card or other sensitive data over the Internet.

Instruction and Supervision. 6.1 Franchisor agrees to make training facilities available to Franchisee, to provide an operations manual, to make promotional and other recommendations, and to furnish Franchisee at Franchisee’s place of business, a trained supervisor before the start of Franchisee’s operation.
6.2 Franchisor shall disclose and instruct Franchisee as to special packaging, methods, and systems of operation, if necessary. Franchisee acknowledges that such information constitutes trade secrets, and Franchisee agrees not to disclose such information to anyone except Franchisee’s employees. Use of such information shall be restricted to operation of the Franchise.
6.3 Franchisee will not divulge any business information, whether written or oral, received from Franchisor or from any meetings of Franchisor’s other franchisees, nor use such information in Franchisee’s business, until such time as disclosure to the public may be required by the nature of the information. Such information may include, but is not limited to, promotional material or plans, expansion plans, new products, marketing information, costs or other financial data, and the development of cooking or packaging procedures.

The School shall assign a member of its staff with appropriate degree and licensing credentials to serve as the primary field instructor for the Field-based Clinical Education Program. The primary field instructor shall instruct and supervise students participating in the Field-based Clinical Education Program, shall hold regularly scheduled conferences with each student participating in the Field-based Clinical Education Program and shall complete a final evaluation of each such student on a form supplied by the University. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the School may assign additional members of its staff to assist the primary field instructor in instructing and supervising students. All School staff members assigned to instruct and supervise any students in the Field-based Clinical Education Program are subject to the approval of the University.
