Instruction and Supervision a. For students who do not have a Connecticut license, the University shall provide Faculty for teaching and supervision of participating Students assigned to the Facility. Faculty shall be responsible for planning and implementing individual Student assignments, and for evaluating and grading Student performance. Faculty may consult with Facility personnel as appropriate in conducting evaluations of Student performance. The Faculty and the Facility shall jointly be responsible for assigning Students to training areas and patients.

Instruction and Supervision. The District recognizes the value of utilizing the Internet for high-quality instructional purposes. When using the Internet with students, employees are responsible for previewing content prior to sharing it with students and for monitoring studentsInternet use. Employees should be familiar with the student Acceptable Use Policy set out in the Kyrene District Family Handbook, model practices set forth in the policy, and enforce these policies during classroom Internet use. • Inappropriate Sites - Use of Internet sites that may damage or interfere with the District’s computer network, including use that generates the delivery of “junk” electronic mail is prohibited. • Sensitive Data - The District is not liable for employee submission of credit card or other sensitive data over the Internet.

Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the School may assign additional members of its staff to assist the primary field instructor in instructing and supervising students. All School staff members assigned to instruct and supervise any students in the Field-based Clinical Education Program are subject to the approval of the University.
