INSTRUCTIONAL MINUTES. When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, the total number of instructional minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be at least equivalent to the minimum instructional time requirements for Charter Schools in the state of California and shall be specified in the student’s ISA developed in accordance with the student’s IEP.
