Contractor Records A. Maintenance Contractor shall maintain a file of all documents, records, communications, notes and other materials relating to the Work (the “Contractor Records”) performed by the Contractor and any Subcontractors, that are required to ensure proper performance of that Work. Contractor shall maintain Contractor Records until the last to occur of: (i) the date 3 years after the date this Participating Addendum expires or is terminated, (ii) final payment under this Participating Addendum is made, (iii) the resolution of any pending Contract matters, or (iv) if an audit is occurring, or Contractor has received notice that an audit is pending, the date such audit is completed and its findings have been resolved (the “Record Retention Period”).
Customer Records Customer grants to Cisco and its independent accountants the right to examine Xxxxxxxx's books, records and accounts during Customer's normal business hours to verify compliance with this Agreement. In the event such audit discloses non-compliance with this Agreement, Customer shall promptly pay to Cisco the appropriate license fees, plus the reasonable cost of conducting the audit.
Your records You agree to keep adequate records in accordance with Applicable Regulations to demonstrate the nature of orders submitted and the time at which such orders are submitted.
How to Update Your Records You agree to promptly update your registration records if your e-mail address or other information changes. You may update your records, such as your e-mail address, by using the Profile page.
Personnel Records (A) There shall be only one official personnel file for each employee, which shall be maintained by the employing agency. Information in an employee’s official personnel file may be maintained in electronic as well as paper form.
Training Records A. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to their training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of work-related training it will be recorded in the training record or the employee personnel file.
Educational Records Educational Records are official records, files and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to, records encompassing all the material kept in the student’s cumulative folder, such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement, and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols and individualized education programs. For purposes of this DPA, Educational Records are referred to as Student Data. J4 Records The Contractor and any Sub-contractors appointed by it shall maintain the records referred to in clause E9.1 and such other documents as the Authority may reasonably require throughout the period of this Contract; and the Contractor and any Sub-contractors appointed by it shall maintain such records and documents until at least 31 December 2022.
MANUALS Each product delivered under contract to any Customer must be delivered with at least one (1) copy of a safety and operating manual and any other technical or maintenance manual. The cost of the manual(s) must be included in the price for the Product offered.
Medical Records Medical records relating to Trial Subjects that are not submitted to Sponsor may include some of the same information as is included in Trial Data; however, Sponsor makes no claim of ownership to those documents or the information they contain. c.
