Instrument and Content. 58.2.1 The settlement procedure must be carried out by mutual agreement between the Parties and, in the absence of total or partial consensus on its terms and conditions, by unilateral decision of the XXX. In the draft of the corresponding Minutes or administrative order, as the case may be, the general characteristics of the Contract must be registered; the form and timing to fulfill the obligations of each Party, and the legal, administrative, technical, operational, economic, financial, environmental and social performance of mutual services; the agreements, settlements and arrangements reached by the Parties to put an end to any differences; the pending commitments and the form and timing to fulfill them, the extension and adjustment of the warranties that must remain in force at a later date, so that, once they are fulfilled, the Parties may declare their being in good standing.
