Instrument of Conveyance. Seller shall have executed and delivered to Purchaser such instruments of conveyance as Purchaser may reasonably request to transfer and vest in Purchaser good and valid title to the Assets.
Instrument of Conveyance. Seller shall convey title to Purchaser in fee simple through quit-claim deed. Unlessotherwise noted above, Purchaser shall take title in the name reflected above as Purchaser(s).
Instrument of Conveyance. It is the intention of the parties that the execution of this Agreement shall operate as an effective conveyance, assignment and transfer of the Assets and assumption of Assumed Liabilities by the Purchaser, as contemplated herein effective as of the Time of Transfer. However, in order to effectuate more fully and completely the assignment, transfer and conveyance of the Assets and the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof, each party shall upon reasonable request from the other party after execution hereof, deliver to the other party such bills of sale, assignments and instruments of conveyance and assumption agreements, and make such filings including but not limited to filing an assignment of patent and patent applications and trademarks and trademark applications, as may be requested by the other party, acting reasonably.
Instrument of Conveyance. The instrument of conveyance for ------------------------ the Real Property shall be a Special Warranty Deed, duly executed and acknowledged by Seller in recordable form so as to convey to Buyer fee simple title to the Real Property and Improvements, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances except taxes for the current year and zoning regulations which do not prohibit the current use of the Real Property.
Instrument of Conveyance. The instruments of conveyance, which may be plat, xxxx of sale, quit claim deed, or special warranty deed, shall transfer all of Owner's right, title and interest in the site(s).
Instrument of Conveyance. An instrument of conveyance in favor of Buyer covering the Purchased Assets in the form attached as Exhibit 7.1.2 hereto (the "INSTRUMENT OF CONVEYANCE"), duly executed by Seller.

Upon receipt of final payment, the property will be transferred by a Quitclaim Deed signed by the Governor of Montana as his/her schedule allows.
Instrument of Conveyance. The sale, assignment, conveyance and transfer of the Stock to the Purchaser, as herein provided, shall be effected by the Seller's execution of sufficient instruments of transfer and conveyance as shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Purchaser and its counsel.
