Common use of Insufficient Volunteers Clause in Contracts

Insufficient Volunteers. If there are insufficient volunteers pursuant to Article 32.10, the Employer shall identify remaining redundant Employees and these Employees shall have placement rights pursuant to Article 32.09 or, where available, they shall be entitled to receive a TSP payment.

Insufficient Volunteers.
