You acknowledge that you have been advised by Next Travel to purchase travel insurance and offered options for the same. If you chose to not purchase insurance, you are declining to follow Next Travel’s advisory to purchase travel insurance, and declining the coverage it may provide. Please note that some policies have a specific clause stating they do not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially when travel warnings are in place. No representation, warranty, or description about the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. You agree to hold us harmless for, and we are not liable for, your election not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claim(s) by any travel insurer.

INSURANCE ADVISORY. Local 272 will be represented on the Insurance Advisory Committee as long as the Advisory Committee is in existence.

  • Insurance and Bonding 16.1 The Sub-Recipient shall provide continuous adequate liability insurance coverage during the existence of this contract and any renewal(s) and extension(s) of it. By execution of this contract, unless it is a state agency or subdivision as defined by Section 768.28(2), F.S., the Sub-Recipient accepts full responsibility for identifying and determining the type(s) and extent of liability insurance coverage necessary to provide reasonable financial protections for the Sub-Recipient and the clients to be served under this contract. The limits of coverage under each policy maintained by the Sub-Recipient do not limit the Sub-Recipient’s liability and obligations under this contract. The Sub-Recipient shall ensure that the AAAPP has the most current written verification of insurance coverage throughout the term of this contract. Such coverage may be provided by a self-insurance program established and operating under the laws of the State of Florida. The AAAPP reserves the right to require additional insurance as specified in this contract.

  • Public Body Insurance If Grantee is a “public body” as defined in ORS 30.260, Grantee agrees to insure any obligations that may arise for Grantee under this Grant, including any indemnity obligations, through (i) the purchase of insurance as indicated in Exhibit C or (ii) the use of self- insurance or assessments paid under ORS 30.282 that is substantially similar to the types and amounts of insurance coverage indicated on Exhibit C, or (iii) a combination of any or all of the foregoing.

  • Insurance Application An employee on unpaid leave is eligible to continue to participate in group insurance programs if permitted under the insurance policy provisions. The employee shall pay the entire premium for such insurance commencing with the beginning of the leave and shall pay to the School District the monthly premium in advance, except as otherwise provided in law. In the event the employee is on paid leave from the School District under Section 1. above or supplemented by sick leave pursuant to Section 2. above, the School District will continue insurance contributions as provided in this Agreement until sick leave is exhausted. Thereafter, the employee must pay the entire premium for any insurance retained.
