Our Staff. Where individual members of staff are named in the Terms of Engagement, Future Purchasing will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the named individual(s) are available at reasonable times to support our work for xxxx for the estimated period stated in the Terms of Engagement.   • Vendor Staff means any of Vendor’s employees, agents, subcontractors or representatives who: (a) provide the Services; or, (b) have access to Citizens Confidential Information.
