Our Staff. Where individual members of staff are named in the Terms of Engagement, Future Purchasing will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the named individual(s) are available at reasonable times to support our work for xxxx for the estimated period stated in the Terms of Engagement. Related to Our Staff

  • Vendor Staff means any of Vendor’s employees, agents, subcontractors or representatives who: (a) provide the Services; or, (b) have access to Citizens Confidential Information.

  • Chief of Staff means the member of the Medical Staff appointed by the Board of Directors to be responsible for the professional standards of the Professional Staff, and the quality of professional staff care rendered at the Hospital;
