Common use of Insurance Benefits Review Committee Clause in Contracts

Insurance Benefits Review Committee. 9.3.1 The parties agree to continue the Insurance Benefits Review Committee which will investigate and recommend alternatives to the current coverage and insurance providers offered by the County. The Committee shall include representatives of all County employees and of County management. The Association shall be entitled up to three representatives on the Committee.
