The Executive shall be entitled to participate in such insurance, pension and all other benefits, plans as are generally made available by the Company to its executive officers from time to time, which shall include medical, dental and disability insurance and a 401(k) plan. In addition, the Company shall pay directly or reimburse the Executive on request for the cost of his train pass each month, and shall pay directly or reimburse the Executive on request for all financial planning expenses incurred by the Executive from time to time.
