Insurance Payments. Any claims for which payment is actually made to Indemnitee under a valid, enforceable and collectible insurance policy;
Insurance Payments. Teachers who are on a leave of absence approved by the Board for less than a full contract year may pay for their health, dental, and life. The cost will be the full monthly premiums (the employee’s and the District’s share) of the continued coverage. Only approved absences in excess of 20 days will fall under this provision. The Board will maintain the coverage for any single absence up to and including 20 days.
Insurance Payments. During the first twelve (12) months of a workers’ compensation leave, the Employer will continue payment of group health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance premiums for individuals on workers’ compensation leaves on the same terms that would exist if they were not on the leave. An extension of insurance benefits up to two months may be approved based on the results of an Individualized Assessment performed under the provision of the ADA, as amended.
Insurance Payments. Retirees who participate in the County’s health insurance plan will receive $90 per month to be used toward health and/or dental insurance costs for four (4) years.
Insurance Payments. During the twenty-four (24) months of a workers’ compensation leave, the Employer will continue payment of group health, dental and life insurance premiums for individuals on workers’ compensation leaves on the same terms that would exist if they were not on the leave.
Insurance Payments. Payments by an Indemnifying Party pursuant to this Section 9 in respect of any Loss shall be limited to the amount of any liability or damage that remains after deducting therefrom any insurance proceeds and any indemnity, contribution or other similar payment received by the Trulieve Indemnitee (or the Company) in respect of any such claim. The Trulieve Indemnitee shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to recover under insurance policies or indemnity, contribution or other similar agreements for any Losses prior to seeking indemnification under this Agreement.
Insurance Payments. To the extent that payment is actually made to the Indemnitee under a valid, enforceable and collectible insurance policy of the Company, and in the event the Company makes any indemnification payments to the Indemnitee and the Indemnitee is subsequently reimbursed from the proceeds of insurance, the Indemnitee will promptly refund such indemnification payments to the Corporation to the extent of such insurance reimbursement; or
Insurance Payments. 20.10.01 Salary advances of up to four (4) weeks shall be provided to an Employee who has filed for STD (Short Term Disability) or WSIB (Workers Safety Insurance Benefits)
20.10.02 Overpayments shall be dealt with in accordance with Article 20.06
Insurance Payments. The Seller is not obligated to, and does not, pay any premiums or any other amounts in connection with any insurance policy, surety bond or other credit source relating to the Contract Assets. The Seller is not obligated to, and does not, pay any amounts in connection with any swap, hedge or other derivative agreement on behalf of the Purchaser or any holder of an interest relating to the Contract Assets.
Insurance Payments. Union members who retired prior to December 16, 2001 and participate in the County’s health insurance plan will receive $18.03 per month to be used toward single health insurance costs or $51.04 per month to be used toward family health insurance costs. Such payments will continue until the member reaches age 65.
