Insurance Payments. The Seller is not obligated to, and does not, pay any premiums or any other amounts in connection with any insurance policy, surety bond or other credit source relating to the Contract Assets. The Seller is not obligated to, and does not, pay any amounts in connection with any swap, hedge or other derivative agreement on behalf of the Purchaser or any holder of an interest relating to the Contract Assets.
