Insurance Plan Provided. Upon request, the Employer shall provide to the Association one (1) copy of either a signed contract or benefits explanation for each of the following employee insurance plans: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Professional Liability Insurance, Vehicle Insurance and Dental Insurance. The copy will be provided within sixty (60) days of the request. One copy of any similar employee insurance programs entered into by the Board subsequent to the execution of this Agreement shall be provided to the Association upon request.
