Common use of Insurance-Related Disputes Clause in Contracts

Insurance-Related Disputes. Failure to agree to any adjustment contemplated under this contract regarding insurance shall be a dispute within the meaning of the clause in Section I, 52.233-1, Alternate I, “Disputes”. However, nothing in this clause shall excuse the Contractor from proceeding with the work, including the repair and/or replacement as herein above provided.
