Trip Reports Sample Clauses

Trip ReportsThe Contractor shall be responsible for providing a trip report within 14 calendar days after returning from each site visit which clearly documents the HVAC PM Service activities undertaken at Post. The Contractor shall be responsible for documenting all work and activities performed while on site. Each Trip Report shall include, at a minimum, the following information: C.5.4.1 A list, with descriptions, of the tasks that were performed, the issues that were found, the cause of these issues and the corrective measures that were taken to resolve these issues; C.5.4.2 A list, with descriptions, of all modifications made to the HVAC equipment C.5.4.3 A list, with descriptions, of the deficiencies found that resulted in a need for future corrective action, the Contractor’s recommendations to correct these deficiencies and the Contractor’s suggestions for improvements to the HVAC system. This section shall include providing a proposal for the work that must be performed; a list of any parts required and a cost estimate for the work proposed. C.5.4.4 Copies of all checklists completed while on site. Include a scanned PDF of the checklists completed while performing PM Services on the HVAC system. C.5.4.5 A list of all expendable parts installed and a replacement schedule. This section shall include providing a proposal which lists the expiring parts along with the associated costs to procure and replace the parts. C.5.4.6 A list of recommended spare parts required to sustain operations and a cost estimate for the proposed spare parts.
Trip ReportsLicensee shall log and periodically report to LAWA, in frequency acceptable to LAWA, all instances in which a TNC Vehicle enters and exits the Geo-Fence Area, Designated TNC Airport Assignment Area, and Designated TNC Staging Area(s). Such logs and reports, or other acceptable means, shall be used to validate Trip Fees to be paid to LAWA, compliance with Airport Rules and Regulations and/or License terms by Licensee as set forth in this License Agreement.
Trip Reports. A trip report (see sample) is a source document completed by the driver on which the miles travelled and the fuel purchased is recorded in detail. These reports are later used to complete the annual IRP registration and the quarterly IFTA tax returns. Both the IRP and IFTA programs require the following information to be recorded on the trip reports:
Trip ReportsThe Contractor shall provide trip reports within five days of each CONUS trip/mission completion (regardless of the trip length, purpose, or cost). Trip reports may be classified or unclassified depending on nature of trip/mission purpose. The trip reports shall include, at a minimum, the following information: a. Executive Summary—briefly discusses purpose, support provided, observations, and mission conclusion (success). b. Mission-state mission purpose. c. Tasks Conducted—list the tasks conducted during the mission trip (possibly identify tasks conducted by Contractor). d. Personnel performing the trip—identify all team members with rank and position. e. Dates and location of the trip/mission. f. Specific information requirements.
Trip ReportsThe Contractor shall submit Trip Reports for travel required to support the performance of the tasks detailed in Section 3.3. (CDRL A008)
Trip ReportsAn individual Vehicle Distance Record (IVDR) report for each trip that includes the information required in IFTA Procedures Manual Section P640. (Note: This report may be more than one page.) .200 Summary Reports for Individual Vehicles Monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries of vehicle trips by vehicle number showing miles or kilometers by jurisdiction. .300 Summary Reports for Fleets Monthly, quarterly, and annual trip summaries by fleet showing the number of miles or kilometers by jurisdiction.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.
