INSURANCE SCHEDULE. Unless expressly waived in writing by the State, Contractor, as an independent contractor and not an employee of the State, must carry policies of insurance and pay all taxes and fees incident hereunto. Policies shall meet the terms and conditions as specified within this Contract along with the additional limits and provisions as described in Attachment BB, incorporated hereto by attachment. The State shall have no liability except as specifically provided in the Contract. The Contractor shall not commence work before:
