Common use of Insurance terms Clause in Contracts

Insurance terms. The Supplier must ensure that all policies of insurance required to be taken out by it under this Agreement: (a) include the Company as a named co-insured, and the Supplier must do anything the Company reasonably requests to protect the Company as an insured. In the event the relevant insurer refuses to include the Company as a named co-insured, the Supplier must ensure that the policy notes the Company’s interest under this Agreement; (b) include a clause that provides that a breach of a condition or term of insurance by one insured will not adversely affect the cover provided to another insured under the policy; and (c) are endorsed to waive all express or implied rights of subrogation against the Company or its Personnel.
