COORDINATION AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN CASE OF COVID. 19: They will be provided in case of sudden acute and unforeseen illness, always taking into account the security protocols; health and / or general provisions dictated by the local health authorities of each country where the voucher holder is located, arranged at the time of request for assistance. The purpose of this service is the treatment until recovery that allows the continuation of the trip, vacation or transfer to their country of origin, where the Beneficiary can be treated definitively. As of the first assistance, the Holder or his family group must subsequently communicate to the Assistance Center each time he requires new medical attention; not being interpreted that the first authorization is extensive to the following attentions. In those cases in which, due to special circumstances, the referral of a medical professional for the care of the Beneficiary by the Assistance Center is not possible, XXXXX will proceed to reimburse the Holder for the expenses incurred to obtain medical care; whether they are medical fees, hospital practices and / or medications, a circumstance that must be previously evaluated and authorized by the Assistance Center.- In cases of reimbursement, the Holder must verify by reliable means the impossibility of communicating with the AVRIL Assistance Center ; voluntary diagnostic tests of the disease will not be included, unless the treating physician so explicitly determines and this is derived from an acute episode, they must be evaluated and previously authorized by the Emergency Center. If the beneficiary were to pay for a test, without prior authorization from the treating physician and the Assistance Center, it will not be covered. Chronic or pre-existing diseases (known or not by the beneficiary), as well as the exacerbation or worsening of their signs and symptoms due to COVID-19, are expressly excluded from coverage, even when the symptoms of the disease appear for the first time during the trip. All pathology generated as a result of COVID-19 will be considered exempt from the General Exclusions, only in the event that the contracted voucher so indicates and that the trip to be made is not to a destination classified as dangerous, as potentially dangerous or not recommended in relation to the existing pandemic situation. The afore mentioned conditions will be considered either from the moment of purchase of the product, or at the moment of the beginning of the intended trip.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel.   • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • LIMITATIONS OF COVERED MEDICAL SERVICES In order to be covered, the Member’s Attending Physician must specifically prescribe such services and such services must be consequent to treatment of the cleft lip or cleft palate.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.
