INSURED’S COOPERATION. If an Insured is sued or a Claim is made against the Insured, the Insured must cooperate and assist Us and upon Our request assist Us in making settlements, in the conduct of litigation, and in enforcing any right of contribution or indemnity against any person or organization, other than an employee of the Insured who may be liable to the Insured. The Insured shall attend hearings and trials and assist Us in obtaining and giving evidence. An Insured may not, except at the Insured’s own expense, make any offer or payment, assume any obligation or incur any expenses unless otherwise permitted in the Policy.

INSURED’S COOPERATION. From the moment this insurance policy enters into effect, the Insured is obligated to provide any necessary cooperation for establishing the real truth of the facts and circumstances that caused the peril reported to the Institute. In addition, the Insured is obligated to obtain all the items of evidence, documents and proof within his/her reach for faithful compliance with this contract, including attention to any actions requiring his/her personal participation. The Insured authorizes the Institute to carry out any and all relevant inspections, reconstructions, expert appraisals, investigations and technical analyses for determining the value of the incurred damage. When any cooperation is necessary, the Institute will notify the Insured at the contractual address stipulated in the policy by traditional regular or certified letter, fax or e-mail, or by means of a messenger, insurance agent or the insurance brokerage. Noncompliance by the Insured with his/her duty to cooperate shall relieve the Institute of the obligation to pay any insurance indemnity SECTION VI STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

  • Contractor Cooperation CONTRACTOR shall actively participate and cooperate with County, State and/or federal representatives in the monitoring, assessment and evaluation processes, including making any program and any administrative staff (fiscal, etc.) available at the request of such representatives.

  • MUTUAL FULL COOPERATION The Parties agree to cooperate fully with each other to accomplish the terms of this Settlement Agreement, including but not limited to, executing such documents and taking such other action as may reasonably be necessary to implement the terms of this Settlement Agreement. The Parties further agree to cooperate fully and use their best efforts to obtain the Court’s preliminary and final approval of this Settlement Agreement and all the terms herein.

  • Economic Cooperation 1. The Parties will encourage the utilization of cooperation instruments and mechanisms with a view to strengthen the processes of economic integration and commercial exchange. 2. The objectives of economic cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for trade and economic cooperation; and (b) to advance and strengthen trade and economic relations between the Parties. 3. The Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) dialogue about policies and regular exchanges of information and views on ways to promote and expand trade in goods and services between the Parties; (b) joint elaboration of studies and technical projects of economic interest according to the economic development needs identified by the Parties; (c) keeping each other informed of important economic and trade issues, and any impediments to furthering their economic cooperation; (d) providing assistance and facilities to business persons and trade missions that visit the other Party with the knowledge and support of the relevant agencies; (e) supporting dialogue and exchanges of experience among the respective business communities of the Parties; (f) establishing and developing mechanisms for providing information and identifying opportunities for business cooperation, trade in goods and services, investment, and government procurement; and (g) stimulating and facilitating actions of public and/or private sectors in areas of economic interest.

  • Labor cooperation The Parties shall enhance their communication and cooperation on labor, social security and environment issues through Memorandum of Understanding on Labor Cooperation between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Peru.

  • Industrial cooperation The aim of cooperation shall be to:

  • Subcontractor Insurance In accord with Good Utility Practice, each Interconnected Entity shall require each of its subcontractors to maintain and provide evidence of insurance coverage of types, and in amounts, commensurate with the risks associated with the services provided by the subcontractor. Bonding of contractors or subcontractors shall be at the hiring Interconnected Entity’s discretion, but regardless of bonding, the hiring principal shall be responsible for the performance or non- performance of any contractor or subcontractor it hires.

  • Development cooperation 1. The Parties recognise that development cooperation is a crucial element of their Partnership and an essential factor in the realisation of the objectives of this Agreement as laid down in Article 1. This cooperation can take financial and non-financial forms.

  • Technical Cooperation 1. The Parties shall strengthen their cooperation in the field of standards, technical regulations, metrology, market surveillance, accreditation and conformity assessment systems with a view to increasing the mutual understanding of their respective systems and facilitating access to their respective markets. To that end, they may establish regulatory dialogues at both horizontal and sectoral levels.

  • Legal cooperation 1. The Parties agree to develop judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters as regards the negotiation, ratification and implementation of multilateral conventions on civil judicial cooperation and, in particular, the conventions of the Hague Conference on Private International Law in the field of international legal cooperation and litigation as well as the protection of children.

  • Subcontractor Insurance Coverage Contractor shall require and verify that all subcontractors maintain insurance coverage that meets the minimum scope and limits of insurance coverage specified in this Exhibit C. EXHIBIT D
