Intake and Planning Fee this fee relates to receiving a referral from VRBS, spending time to understand the client’s situation, organizing records, initially meeting with the participant, and formulating an employment plan to be presented to the client and VRBS. This fee will not be paid if these activities were essentially completed prior to the referral to VRBS. There may be times when more than one intake and planning fee is paid for the same participant. However, a significant period of time (1 year or more) must have passed with significant changes in the participant's situation since the previous service provision before a second intake and planning fee will be authorized. This initial fee will be paid upon presentation of an employment plan to the client and to VRBS.

  • Exit Planning 6. The Grant Recipient will, in conjunction with the Authority, maintain, and as necessary update, the Exit Plan throughout the Funding Period so that it can be implemented immediately, if required. From time-to-time either the Authority or the Grant Recipient may instigate a review of the Exit Plan.

  • Training Costs All costs and expenses incurred by the Contractor in training as is required under Article 22 of the Contract.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines.   • Requirement for Project Planning No physical work will begin on the construction site until the receipt of a Proceed Order issued by the Owner. The Contract assumes that a Proceed Order will be issued in not more than sixty days from the Effective Date of the Contract. Failure of the Contractor to provide the necessary documentation for the issuance of a Proceed Order shall not entitle the Contractor to any extension of time.   • Vacation Planning The following general rules shall be observed in implementing the vacation planning program:

  • Elementary Planning Time [a] All elementary schools will allow for teacher planning and collaboration time one (1) day each week, as approved by the Board, by shortening that day and proportionately lengthening the remaining days in the week. In the event that the early-out day falls on a holiday, no early-out planning time will be provided for that week. [b] The planning time is to be used for individual or group planning activities.
