Integral Part Trust (Post Employment Medical Benefits. The City of Long Beach ("City") and the Long Beach Lifeguard Association ("LBLA") agree, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service Private Letter Ruling (PLR- 116685-99), to the establishment of a Post Employment Medical Benefits Program for each represented member, through the establishment of an Integral Part Trust. The purpose of the trust is to provide for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred upon retirement. Deposits into the account and subsequent withdrawals for medical expenses are governed by the Internal Revenue Code and IRS regulations. Said Trust will be funded from the following sources:
