Integrated Tertiary Structure and Focus. In 2011, based on the development of the University’s Blueprint (2010), the University abolished the former organisational distinctions between VET and HE incorporated in separate divisions, and integrated its operations around the principle of a single institution. This involved the creation of a new senior management team whose members worked across sectors, the re-organisation of schools into fewer, cross-sectoral schools and the implementation of cross-sectoral governance arrangements and cross-sectoral education policies. This work was progressed and completed in 2012 with the finalisation of six cross-sectoral schools. The integrated approach taken in the Blueprint has enabled the University and its schools to work with employers, industry and professional associations on a tertiary and cross-AQF basis in responding to developing workforce needs. Tertiary integration will therefore be a key plank of the University’s industry and innovation platform in 2014-16.

Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • NATURE AND SCOPE 4.1 This Agreement is an agreement under the terms and conditions of which the Supplier/Service Provider will arrange for the supply/provision to Transnet of the Goods/Services which meet the requirements and specifications of Transnet, the delivery of which is controlled by means of Purchase Orders to be issued by Transnet and executed by the Supplier/Service Provider in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Framework Management Structure 2.1.1 The Supplier shall provide a suitably qualified nominated contact (the “Supplier Framework Manager”) who will take overall responsibility for delivering the Goods and/or Services required within this Framework Agreement, as well as a suitably qualified deputy to act in their absence.

  • Erosion and Sediment Control The Contractor shall install and maintain erosion and sediment control devices to prevent adjacent streets, storm drains and property from accumulations of soil, sediment, or dust which result from his work. Devices installed to control sediment and prevent erosion shall comply with the requirements of the Georgia Tech Project Superintendent. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring downstream conditions throughout the construction period and clearing any debris, sediment, and dust caused by the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall inspect, maintain, and clear erosion and sediment control devices at least weekly unless otherwise directed by the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction Manager. At the conclusion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all installed devices and restoring the site to the satisfaction of the Georgia Tech Construction Manager.

  • BUSINESS STRUCTURE AND ASSIGNMENTS 5.17.1 Contractor shall not assign this Agreement at law or otherwise or dispose of all or substantially all of its assets without the Director’s prior written consent. Nothing in this clause, however, prevents the assignment of accounts receivable or the creation of a security interest under Section 9.406 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code. In the case of such an assignment, Contractor shall immediately furnish the Director and CPO with proof of the assignment and the name, telephone number, and address of the Assignee and a clear identification of the fees to be paid to the Assignee.
