INTEGRITY OF PRICING. By signing the Subcontractor RFP, an offeror affirms that he/she has not given any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, trip, favor, or service to a SEDA Council of Governments member in connection with the submitted application. Failure to sign the application, or signing it with a false statement, shall void the submission or any resulting agreements, and the Offeror shall be removed from any and all subcontractor and vendor lists.
