INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION/INSPECTION. (Applicable to City Projects within Limited Access Areas, Projects within Cities < 27,500 Population, and all County Projects). The Agency shall assure that the construction of Intelligent Transportation Systems owned by WSDOT meets all requirements of WSDOT.
