Intent to Return from Leave. Prior to returning from a leave of absence, the employee must indicate their intent to return to the district by submitting the designated form(s) (available online at xxx.xxxx.x00.xx.xx). If returning from a leave of six or more months, employees shall submit the designated form indicating their intent to return to the district no later than March 15 of the school year preceding the school year they intend to return. An employee on an approved leave of absence is required to receive authorization from Human Resources for an extension.
