Intentional Acts. We do not insure loss or damage which arises out of an intentional act by or at the direction of any insured. This includes any intentional act or intentional failure to act by any insured, where resulting injury or damage would be an objectively probable consequence, even if not subjectively intended or expected by any insured. This exclusion applies whether or not: a. the injury or damage is sustained by persons or property not intended or expected by any insured; or b. the injury or damage is different or greater or of a different quality than that intended or expected. This exclusion will not apply to an innocent co- insured who did not cooperate in or contribute to the creation of the loss if the loss arose out of a pattern of criminal domestic violence and the perpetrator of the loss is criminally prosecuted for the act causing the loss. If we pay a claim to an innocent co-insured, our payment is limited to that insured’s insurable interest in the property.
