Inter-Company Sales. Sales between or among PFIZER, its Affiliates or sublicensees shall not be subject to Royalty Payments; Royalty Payments shall only be calculated with respect to Net Sales to a Third Party. PFIZER shall be responsible for royalty payments payable to XXXXX on Net Sales by its Affiliates or sublicensees.
Inter-Company Sales. Sales between or among Pfizer, its Affiliates and Sublicensees shall not be subject to royalties under Section 5; royalties shall only be calculated upon Net Sales to a Third Party that is not a Sublicensee. Pfizer shall be responsible for accounting for and paying milestone payments and royalties on Net Sales by its Affiliates and Sublicensees.
Inter-Company Sales. Sales between or among Abbott, its Affiliates or Sublicensees shall not be subject to Royalties under this Section 4. Abbott shall be responsible for the payment of Royalties on Net Sales by its Affiliates or Sublicensees.
Inter-Company Sales. Sales between or among OSI, its Affiliates and Sublicensees shall not be subject to such milestones or royalties under Sections 6.5 or 6.6; royalties shall only be calculated upon Net Sales to a Third Party that is not a Sublicensee. OSI shall be responsible for accounting for and paying milestone payments and royalties on Net Sales by its Affiliates and Sublicensees.
Inter-Company Sales. All inter-company sales between members of the TE Group, or between any member of the TE Group and any Selling Securityholder or any affiliate thereof were carried out at market prices. Intercompany sales during 1999 are set forth on Schedule 4.
Inter-Company Sales. Sales of Licensed Product between or among Pfizer, its Affiliates or Sublicensees shall not be included in the calculation of Net Sales.
Inter-Company Sales. Sales between or among Licensee, its Affiliates or sublicensees shall not be subject to royalties under Section 3, unless Licensee, or such Affiliate or sublicensee is the end-user of the Licensed Product. Licensee shall be responsible for the payment of royalties on Net Sales by its Affiliates or sublicensees to Third Parties.
Inter-Company Sales. Sales between or among PFIZER, its Affiliates or sublicensees (except for sales to end users) shall not be counted toward Net Sales. PFIZER shall be responsible for payments on Net Sales of its Affiliates or sublicensees.
Inter-Company Sales. Sales between or among PFIZER, its Affiliates or sublicensees shall not be subject to royalties under Section 6. PFIZER shall be responsible for the payment of royalties on Net Sales by its Affiliates or sublicensees to Third Parties.
Inter-Company Sales. Sales between or among Partner, its Affiliates or Sublicensees shall not be subject to royalties under Section 8.5. Partner shall be responsible for the payment of royalties on Net Sales by its Affiliates or Sublicensees to Third Parties.
