Common use of Inter-Local Agreement Clause in Contracts

Inter-Local Agreement. ‌ If the City, in its sole discretion, decided to enter into an inter-local agreement, under the terms of the Urban Cooperation Act, with the County Sheriff or other police unit, it must first notify the Union in advance of entering such an agreement.
