Inter-Tandem Switching. The Parties will only use inter-tandem switching for the transport and termination of Local Traffic, Optional EAS and IntraLATA Toll originating on each other’s network at and after such time as the Parties have agreed to and fully implemented generally accepted industry signaling standards and Automated Message Accounting (“AMA”) record standards which shall support the recognition of multiple tandem switching events.
