Interactions with Employees. The Consultant shall not, at any time during the Term of the Agreement or for a period of one year thereafter, directly or indirectly influence or attempt to influence, either directly or indirectly, any employee or consultant of the Company or any employee or consultant to the Group to leave or terminate such individual's employment or service with the Group.
