Interconnection Facilities. 4.6.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP shall be responsible for connecting the Project with the interconnection point(s) specified in Schedule 1 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Facilities shall be developed as per the scope of work and responsibilities assigned in Schedule 1 of this Agreement. The Nodal Agency shall be responsible for coordinating to make available the Interconnection Facilities.
