Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities. Distribution Provider or Distribution Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades, at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer.

Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities. Those facilities as described in Section 1(b) of this Attachment 2, as such facilities may be modified during the term of this Agreement.
Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities. Distribution Provider or Distribution Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades, at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for funding all costs related to Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities. The costs set forth in Appendix A are estimates only and will not establish any cap or maximum cost responsibility limit on the cost responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for the Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the actual costs related to Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities.
Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities. (i) Existing Facilities.
Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities. The Distribution Provider shall: (i) Install approximately 250 feet of 1000 JCN 12kV primary underground line extension to Interconnection Customer’s 12kV switchgear’s pull section. (ii) Install a 3-way pad-mounted gas switch with automation, and riser. (iii)Telecommunications. Install all required equipment (including terminal equipment) supporting the RTU or alternative approved by the Distribution Provider, including the communications interface with the Distribution Provider’s energy management system. In accordance with the Interconnection Handbook, the Distribution Provider shall provide the required interface equipment at the Generating Facility necessary to connect the RTU to the Interconnection Customer’s T1 circuit if an RTU is installed locally at the Generating Facility. Additionally, the Distribution Provider will provide the interface equipment required to connect the T1 circuit to the Distribution Provider’s energy management system if an RTU is installed locally at the Generating Facility. Notwithstanding that certain telecommunication equipment, including the telecommunications terminal equipment, may be located on the Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership, the Distribution Provider shall own, operate and maintain such telecommunication equipment as part of the Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities.
Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities. The Distribution Provider shall: (i) Install a new riser pole. (ii) Install approximately 200 feet of 350 JCN cable. (iii) Install one (1) 3-way pad-mounted gas switch with automation. (iv) Install a ground bank and a 4-way pad-mounted gas switch in lieu of a 3-way pad- mounted gas switch if Power Electronics PECS inverters do not receive UL listing prior to procurement of the Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities. This GIA shall be amended to reflect revised scope and cost if it is determined that a ground bank and a 4-way pad-mounted gas switch are required. (v) Telemetry. 1. Terminate the Interconnection Customer provided communication cables inside the Interconnection Customer’s SDS enclosure. 2. Program and test the SDS. 3. Perform setup and programming on the Distribution Provider’s telemetry equipment as required to support communication of the telemetered data to the Distribution Provider’s grid control center. 4. Perform a functional test of the telemetry equipment to verify compliance with the requirements of the Interconnection Handbook. (vi) Metering. Pursuant to Article 7.3 of this GIA, install 12kV meters to meter the retail load at the Generating Facility. Notwithstanding that the meters will be located on the Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Change of Ownership, the Distribution Provider shall own, operate and maintain such facilities as part of the Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities.
