Interconnection Points. Each Party shall establish Interconnection Points (“IPs”) at the available locations designated in Schedule 4.1. The mutually agreed-upon IPs on the NorthPoint network from which NorthPoint will provide transport and termination of traffic to its Customers shall be designated as the NorthPoint Interconnection Points (“NorthPoint-IPs”). The mutually agreed-upon IPs on the BA network from which BA will provide transport and termination of traffic to its Customers shall be designated as the BA Interconnection Point(s) (“BA-IP(s)”); provided that such BA-IP(s) shall be either the BA terminating End Office serving the BA Customer or the BA Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the BA Customer.
