Interconnection Procedures. When the Facility is operated as part of the Southern Company Control Area, Generator shall comply with the Interconnection Procedures (Appendix A) for the Facility at all times. When the Facility is not operated as part of the Southern Company Control Area, the Operating Committee shall determine which (if any) of the Interconnection Procedures are not applicable.
