Common use of Interconnection Studies Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Studies. Owner represents and warrants that, as of the Effective Date, (i) Owner has submitted and will continue to submit all information requested by NYISO and the Transmission Owner for Interconnection Studies for the Project, and (ii) it has submitted and maintained an application for Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service sufficiently sized to enable delivery of the Project’s output to the Interconnection Point to enable delivery of Products from the Project. Owner covenants that it will comply with all of the interconnection requirements contained in the NYISO Tariff, applicable requirements of the Transmission Owner, and the Interconnection Agreement.

Owner represents and warrants warrants, covenants and agrees that, as of the Effective Date, (i) Owner has submitted and will continue to submit all information requested by NYISO and the Transmission Owner for Interconnection Studies for the Project, and (ii) it has submitted and maintained an application for Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service sufficiently sized to enable delivery of the Project’s output to the Interconnection Point up to enable delivery of Products from the ProjectContract Capacity. Owner covenants that it will comply with all of the interconnection requirements contained in the NYISO Tariff, applicable requirements of the Transmission Owner, and the Interconnection Agreement, including all related communication requirements and protocols required thereunder.
