Interdisciplinary Team Meeting Participation. If necessary for the benefit of a CalOptima PACE participant’s care delivery or planning, County shall participate in CalOptima PACE Interdisciplinary Team meetings as required. Such participation may be by telephone, unless in-person attendance at such meetings is reasonably warranted under the circumstances.
