Interest on a Capitalized Lease Obligation shall be deemed to accrue at an interest rate reasonably determined by a responsible financial or accounting officer of the Borrower Representative to be the rate of interest implicit in such Capitalized Lease Obligation in accordance with GAAP. Interest on any Indebtedness under a revolving credit facility computed on a pro forma basis may be computed based upon the average daily balance of such Indebtedness during the applicable period. Interest on Indebtedness that may optionally be determined at an interest rate based upon a factor of a prime or similar rate, a eurocurrency interbank offered rate, or other rate, shall be deemed to have been based upon the rate actually chosen, or, if none, then based upon such optional rate chosen as the Borrower Representative may designate.

  • Lease Obligations Manager shall perform all duties of the landlord under all Leases insofar as such duties relate to operation, maintenance, and day-to-day management. Manager shall also provide or cause to be provided, at Owner’s expense, all services normally provided to tenants of like premises, including where applicable and without limitation, gas, electricity or other utilities required to be furnished to tenants under Leases, normal repairs and maintenance, and cleaning, and janitorial service. Manager shall arrange for and supervise the performance of all installations and improvements in space leased to any tenant that are either expressly required under the terms of the lease of such space or that are customarily provided to tenants.

  • INTEREST ON PAST-DUE OBLIGATIONS Except as expressly herein provided, any amount due to Lessor not paid when due shall bear interest at the maximum rate then allowable by law from the date due. Payment of such interest shall not excuse or cure any default by Lessee under this Lease, provided, however, that interest shall not be payable on late charges incurred by Lessee nor on any amounts upon which late charges are paid by Lessee.
