Accounting Officer clause 65;
Responsible Officer means, when used with respect to the Trustee, any officer within the corporate trust department of the Trustee, including any vice president, assistant vice president, assistant secretary, assistant treasurer, trust officer or any other officer of the Trustee who customarily performs functions similar to those performed by the Persons who at the time shall be such officers, respectively, or to whom any corporate trust matter is referred because of such person’s knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture.
Reporting Officer With respect to the Owner Trustee, any officer, employee or other person within the Corporate Trust Office of the Owner Trustee having responsibility for the administration of the Trust Agreement.
Senior Officer means, with respect to any Person other than a natural person, the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer of such Person.
Responsible Person means any person other than the registered owner of an immovable property who is legally responsible for the payment of municipal service charges.
Financial Officer Certification means, with respect to the financial statements for which such certification is required, the certification of the chief financial officer of the Borrower that such financial statements fairly present, in all material respects, the financial condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the dates indicated and the results of their operations and their cash flows for the periods indicated, subject to changes resulting from audit and normal year-end adjustments.
Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Authorized Officer of a Person means any Person that is authorized to bind such Person.
Responsible individual means an individual who is employed by a licensee and has principal managerial authority over the provision of money services by the licensee in this state.
Servicing Officer Any officer of the Servicer involved in or responsible for, the administration and servicing of the Mortgage Loans whose name appears on a list of servicing officers furnished by the Servicer to the Master Servicer upon request, as such list may from time to time be amended.
Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO means the person appointed to the position of chief administrative officer for the Town of Okotoks within the meaning of the Municipal Government Act;
