Interest on Notes. (a) The Collateral Agent shall transfer all interest received from time to time by the Collateral Agent on account of the Pledged Notes to the Paying Agent. (b) The Custodial Agent shall transfer all interest received from time to time by the Custodial Agent on account of the Custody Notes to the Paying Agent.

Interest on Notes. (a) Except as otherwise set forth herein, each Note (and portion thereof) shall bear interest at the Adjusted Term SOFR for each Interest Period on the unpaid principal amount thereof from the date issued and sold through repayment (whether by acceleration or otherwise). The Adjusted Term SOFR shall be determined for each Interest Period pursuant to the definition of Term SOFR. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, if the Term SOFR shall be less than zero, then Term SOFR shall be deemed to be zero for the purposes hereof. (b) [Reserved]. (c) [Reserved]. (d) Interest payable pursuant to Section (a) shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year, in each case for the actual number of days elapsed in the period during which it accrues. In computing interest on any Note, the date of the issuance and sale of such Note shall be included, and the date of payment of such Note shall be excluded; provided, if a Note is repaid on the same day on which it is made, one day’s interest shall be paid on that Note. (e) Except as otherwise set forth herein, interest on each outstanding Note (i) shall accrue on the outstanding principal amount of such Note at the Adjusted Term SOFR for each Interest Period and shall be payable in arrears in cash on each Interest Payment Date with respect to interest accrued on and to each such Interest Payment Date; (ii) shall be payable in arrears upon any prepayment of that Note, whether voluntary or mandatory, on the amount being prepaid; and (iii) shall be payable in arrears at maturity of the Notes, including final maturity of the Notes. If any Note is not paid in full in cash on the Notes Maturity Date, such Note shall continue to bear interest at the Default Rate until paid and the Adjusted Term SOFR shall be reset and determined on the first day of each calendar month following the Notes Maturity Date. The foregoing sentence notwithstanding, the Notes shall be paid on the Notes Maturity Date.
Interest on Notes. The Notes with respect to any portion of the Loan shall bear interest at the rate specified in the loan agreement relating thereto, and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrator.

(b) In the case of an Alternate Base Rate Loan, interest shall be payable at a rate per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 360 days for Base CD Rate and Federal Funds Effective Rate loans, and over a year of 365/366 days for Prime Rate loans) equal to the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin. Interest shall be payable in arrears on each Alternate Base Rate Loan on each applicable Interest Payment Date and on the Maturity Date. (c) Anything in this Credit Agreement or the Notes to the contrary notwithstanding, the interest rate on the Loans or with respect to any drawing under a Letter of Credit shall in no event be in excess of the maximum permitted by Applicable Law.
Interest on Notes. Each Note shall bear interest on the unpaid Principal Balance thereof at a rate per annum equal to the Interest Rate for the applicable Interest Period. Interest on the Notes shall be payable on each Payment Date from amounts on deposit in the Trust Account in accordance with Section 302(a) of this Loan Agreement. Interest shall be calculated on the basis of actual days elapsed in a year consisting of (i) 360 days if the Interest Rate is based on Adjusted LIBOR, or (ii) 365 or 366 days if the Interest Rate is based on the Prime Rate. Subject to the terms of this Loan Agreement relating to the prepayments of the Notes, the unpaid Principal Balance of, and all accrued interest on, the Note and all other amounts payable by the Issuer under the Transaction Documents shall be due and payable on the Legal Final Payment Date.
Interest on Notes. The Interest Due shall be paid in Shares by including the Interest Due with the principal amount outstanding of the Notes being surrendered when calculating the number Shares to be issued. The parties acknowledge that the cash interest accrued through the Closing Date on the Notes will be paid by the Agent in accordance with ordinary payment procedures.

Interest shall be payable in arrears on each Alternate Base Rate Loan on each applicable Interest Payment Date and at maturity. (c) Anything in this Credit Agreement or the Notes to the contrary notwithstanding, the interest rate on the Loans shall in no event be in excess of the maximum permitted by Applicable Law.
Interest on Notes. (a) The Notes shall bear interest (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 360 days) at a rate per annum of 14%; provided, however, that, upon an Event of Default under Section 7.1 herein, the rate of interest per annum shall increase to a rate per annum of 21%.
