During the term of this Contract, the Supplier shall be obligated to cooperate, assist and coordinate the performance of the Works, including the design, installation and commissioning of the System, with the IAA, other contractors working on Site and other works carried out with respect to the Project, either directly with the other contractors or through the IAA’s Representative.

Interfaces and Coordination of Works with others. 13.2.1. The Supplier acknowledges that the Project will be implemented as part of the construction of a new concourse in the Xxx Xxxxxx International Airport. The Works are expected to be conducted parallel to the works of the other contractors engaged in the construction, therefore the Supplier will be required to cooperate and coordinate with the other contractors working at the Site and shall use its best efforts to accommodate their presence at the Site and to avoid or mitigate disturbance or interruption to the works.
