INTERFERENCE AND WASTE. Conduct its business in such a manner as not to interfere with or be a nuisance to the conduct of the Landlord's business or that of any of Landlord's other tenants, and shall not allow any noxious odors or vapors to be emitted from the Demised Premises. Landlord agrees that it will conduct its business so as not to interfere with that of the Tenant. Use of explosives, flammables and/or corrosive agents and other like materials is not approved unless authorized by Landlord in advance. Any cleaning agent apparatus will be installed and vented to the outside at Tenant's cost and only if installation is approved in writing in advance by Landlord. Tenant shall not engage in activities that waste the premises.
