Institutional Arrangements 1. The AIA Council, as established by the AEM under the AIA Agreement, shall be responsible for the implementation of this Agreement.
Transitional Arrangements Seller and Purchaser agree to cooperate and to proceed as follows to effect the transfer of account record responsibility for the Branches:
Special Arrangements Fees for activities of a non-recurring nature such as reorganizations, and/or preparation of special reports will be subject to negotiation. Fees for a change in fund structure (i.e., Core and Feeder) are subject to negotiation.
Final Arrangements 1. This Agreement shall become valid as of the day of its signing by both parties hereto, and effective as of the day following the day of its publication in the Central Register of Agreements administered by the Government Office of the Slovak Republic.
Financial Arrangements 18. The Commonwealth will provide an estimated total financial contribution to the States of $54.928 million in respect of this Agreement. All payments are GST exclusive.
Other Contractual Arrangements 8.1 Escrow Agent Not a Trustee The Escrow Agent accepts duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, and the escrow securities and any share certificates or other evidence of these securities, solely as a custodian, bailee and agent. No trust is intended to be, or is or will be, created hereby and the Escrow Agent shall owe no duties hereunder as a trustee.
Alternate 911 Arrangements If you are not comfortable with the limitations of the 911 Dialing service, you should consider having an alternate means of accessing traditional 911 or E911 services or terminating the Service.
Order Arrangements Customer may place orders with HPE through our website, customer-specific portal, or by letter, fax or e-mail. Where appropriate, orders must specify a service delivery date. If Customer extends the service delivery date of an existing Order beyond ninety (90) days, then it will be considered a new order.
Banking Arrangements The banking business of the Corporation including, without limitation, the borrowing of money and the giving of security therefor, shall be transacted with such banks, trust companies or other bodies corporate or organizations as may from time to time be authorized by the board. Such banking business or any part thereof shall be transacted under such agreements, instructions and delegations of powers as the board may from time to time prescribe or authorize.
Administrative Arrangements 1. The Parties, through their respective competent authorities, shall establish administrative arrangements to implement this Agreement effectively. Such arrangements shall include the procedures necessary for the competent authorities to implement and administer this Agreement.
