Common use of Interim Project Report Clause in Contracts

Interim Project Report. The Project Sponsor must submit an annual interim project report to the Program Manager within four (4) months of the end of each fiscal year which itemizes (a) the expenditure of the funds, (b) progress to date in the implementation of the Project, and (c) the results of the monitoring of the performance of the Project. The Program Manager must submit the annual reports on Air District-approved report forms annually until the Project is completed.
