Internal Communications. The University agrees that the Union may use the internal mail service for Union business in accordance with the University policies. Moreover, the University assigns an internet and email address to the Union, as provided in letter of agreement #1. The University maintains a link to the Union’s web site in the alphabetical index of its own web site.
