Internal Use You will use the Services for Your own internal business, non-residential and non-personal use. You acknowledge and agree that You will not allow any third party, including Your vendors and service providers, to access or use the Services unless such third party is allowed access for the purpose of providing authorized customer support services or in connection with Your appropriate use of the Services for Your own business purposes.

International Use Due to the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
Institutional and Controls The controls and requirements listed in the Department approved Site Management Plan ("SMP") including any and all Department approved amendments to the SMP are incorporated into and made part of this Environmental Easement. These controls and requirements apply to the use of the Controlled Property, run with the land, are binding on the Grantor and the Grantor's successors and assigns, and are enforceable in law or equity against any owner of the Controlled Property, any lessees and any person using the Controlled Property.
Federal Unbundling Rules Any lawful requirement to provide access to unbundled Network Elements or Combinations of unbundled Network Elements that is imposed upon Verizon by the FCC pursuant to both 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51. Any reference in this Agreement to "Federal Unbundling Rules" shall not include an unbundling requirement if the unbundling requirement does not exist under both 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51.
Internal Investigations (A) The parties recognize that Florida Highway Patrol personnel occupy a special place in American society. Therefore, it is understood that the state has the right to expect that a professional standard of conduct be adhered to by all Florida Highway Patrol personnel regardless of rank or assignment. Since internal investigations may be undertaken to inquire into complaints of Florida Highway Patrol misconduct, the state reserves the right to conduct such investigations to uncover the facts in each case, but expressly agrees to carefully guard and protect the rights and dignity of accused personnel. In the course of an internal investigation, the investigative methods employed will be consistent with the law (including but not limited to section 112.532, Florida Statutes) and this agreement; nothing in this agreement, however, shall be deemed to diminish the rights of employees under applicable law.
Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.
Public Use The Recipient will ensure that Infrastructure resulting from any Eligible Project that is not sold, leased, encumbered, or otherwise disposed of, remains primarily for public use or benefit.
