Common use of Internal process Clause in Contracts

Internal process. 22.5.1 If any party to the dispute or grievance who is bound by the Agreement refers the dispute or grievance to an established internal dispute or grievance resolution process, the matter must first be dealt with in accordance with that process. 22.5.2 If the dispute or grievance is not settled through an internal dispute or grievance resolution process, the matter can be dealt with in accordance with the processes set out below. 22.5.3 If the matter is not settled, the employer or a union bound by the Agreement and chosen as the employee representative may apply to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC) to have the dispute or grievance dealt with by conciliation.
